I agree. MAGA is a cult of the Donald Trump personality and Donald Trump only. No one has the appeal that he has, especially not Vance. I don't see anyone on the horizon who can replace him especially since it would need to be a celebrity.
These Trump cabinet choices reminds me of senior year in high school when the cool kids won the class offices because they wanted to have a fun, cool year.
