Drink something through a straw below your heart. The act of swallowing will compress your diaphragm and stop the hiccups. A doctor showed me that trick many years ago and it works for me 100% of the time.
Just throwing this out there. If someone had to get a port installed for chemo it takes about a week for it to heel up and a couple of days after install that you are basically laid up. Someone with major history of cancer in their family would be of high risk for cancer.

I feel you on the back pain. I decided to not take the AC units down to the storage today because I didn't want to stress mine too much. It made me realize I need to get back to weight training and yoga every day for my back.
Normally I'd believe that but the long term forecast is it getting cooler. I think we'll get a blast of it getting hotter during the day for another day or two but it seems like the worst of Summer is over. Beats the last several years where it was in the 90s until nearly October.
I can not stress enough how fucking nice the weather has been. The last month and a half has been just awful so getting a pleasant end of summer and actual Fall weather is a treat.

Once you get within 80-100 pounds overweight that is not as safe anymore and you have to increase caloric intake again. But the mocking and exploitation is not cool and sadly what it seems all reality TV is. It's a big reason why I have never watched.
Depends on how overweight they are. If you are 3-400 pounds overweight your body can actually handle that for quite awhile without issue. Your only intake should be essential vitamins and nutrients and your body fat will give you better energy than what you can eat.
Same with ability to be active. Most places in the US are designed to be as hard to get around without a car as possible. Coupled with the type of hours people work and the amount of overwork people have... It's not surprising that they can't be active. If you're exhausted it is bad for your health.
Back on the horse weight is dripping off of me again. The biggest issues most people have are diet and ability to be active. Too many people don't have access to affordable healthy food and/or time to make it.
I dunno how that show does it, I don't watch reality TV. But I lost almost 100 pounds in like 6-7 months. It's just about lifestyle change. Only reason why I have gained any back is that I have spent most of the last year and a half injured.
The crusts I get on meat using this technique are unreal, as long as the meat is dry. Because I am using a lower heat it is more evenly heating the pan so there is no hot spots as well as it is cooking the meat slower so you don't get as much curl in cuts. There is little chance at over cooking too.
I change what I do. Sometimes a thickboi, sometimes a smash burger, sometimes something whisper thin. I use the cast iron and ghee as I have found nothing that gives as good of a crust as ghee. Also have started to use a lower heat but give it longer to preheat the pan and give it longer on it.
Half pounders. Although the bread is thin so it makes them look thicker than they actually were. If I make them again I am just going to get an uncut loaf of rye and cut the slices myself.

Speaking of both of those, magically many Republicans will find a spine again. This is part because Trump is gone but also because Vance is weak. They will likely install an establishment Republican in as VP to make sure they keep him in check.
Let's say he is dead. What happens? Well Vance would become President and be the biggest lame duck ever. He has zero pull, political capital or really any juice. That means he will be basically at the mercy of the House and mostly the Senate.

Naw it's all crumbling. You are seeing it from all of the players. The tech doesn't work, it can't scale and the public overwhelmingly isn't interested. It has most importantly finally spooked investors who are wising up to the con.

The 90s were a wild time. You had musicians making the most wild, layered and dense albums ever made and then releasing them on a format that had the worst possible mastering imaginable to make all that production work worthless.
It's a shame that Aenima has been out of print for so long and is incredibly expensive. It sounds incredible on vinyl, blows the CD out of the water.

Well people aren’t eating cereal like they used to. There are a lot of reasons for that; cost, health concerns, time and critically lack of advertising.
If I can get a small box I might give it a go. The rare times I have cereal I tend to go for the most boring old people stuff myself. But I want to make some different cereal treats this fall/winter to have on hand.
