So the wines were wonderful. The Evermond wad lovely and shows just how far English wine has come. The 61 Siran was amazing for it's age. Still bags of fruit and a nice finish. Very brown on the edge. The 29 Moulin Touchis was lovely, but old. We decided to not open the burgundy!
