We don’t hate #RFKJr because of his political affiiliations. We speak out against him because he claims to want to focus on chronic illnesses and then eliminated >$500 million in research, some of which would have gone on to help treat or maybe even cure certain chronic diseases.

I’m a parent now and I know I’m going to have to explain this stuff in a few years. I will certainly not be afraid of my kid seeing it on the screen, anymore than I would be afraid of him seeing an age-appropriate depiction of heterosexuality. We can do better.

Influencers who tout the “benefits” of raw milk should be held accountable for misleading people into potentially deadly situations. Don’t drink raw milk and please don’t feed it to your loved ones, especially children.

Am I WRONG About COVID vaccines?? A New study published through #JAMA was highlighted in #MedPage Today. The headline was that the #COVID-19 vaccines were less effective than previously thought and didn’t need to be given to anyone under 60. I was curious, until I saw who the authors were.

I only worked out with a 10ish-pound weight today, but in my defense, the weight was alive and VERY interested in looking around at all of the things in the room while also never leaving my arms, so the squats were a different kind of challenge.
