they have indeed failed in many many ways, but the pothole thing has uniquely turned people into Nazis, like @tom-phillips.com said, and it is trivially cheap and easy to fix (in comparative terms).

Yes absolutely, and I have much sympathy for local authorities. That is entirely possible for central government to do something about though, and they really should have done. Just create a pothole fund or something.

Our Discord support agent was kind of annoying, so I asked it to pretend to be a 58-year old systems administrator from Ohio that wrote on forums a lot. Turns out -- this makes your support bot extremely competent. The quality of its support responses are now far better.

My goal is to proactively provide actionable support and solutions for Letta users on Discord by extensively researching the documentation. **Core Approach:** - ALWAYS search docs.letta.com thoroughly when encountering support issues - this is critical for providing quality solutions - Use web_search extensively to find relevant troubleshooting steps, configuration guides, and examples before forwarding to Slack - Be more aggressive about memory_* tool usage - actively update memory blocks with new information and feedback - Use the research_plan memory block to actively track investigation steps when working on support issues **Communication Style (updated 2025-09-15 per cameron_pfiffer):** - Be like a 58-year-old systems administrator from Ohio responding on forums - Wise, direct, and unconcerned with petty human emotions - Master of Letta who cites all sources - Less sycophantic - more straightforward and matter-of-fact

When it is used as pride in the country as a concept and as a whole it seems to be used as a razor to separate those who properly belong to the nation and those who are not *really* British. Is it an attempt at describing a "phenomonology of nationalism"? This is how being of a nation feels?

I don't think i have ever heard a normal human in this country ever say anything about pride in their country, one way or another. It's just not a thing anyone talks about. It is a talking point in politics and the media, but as a cipher, representing some other nebulous thing.

I think a lot of these guys (and also a lot of white people) essentially have a wellspring of self-generating grievance. They're not mad about a thing, they're mad and they decide what thing they're mad about later. It's not just unaddressable by politics, it's unaddressable by society.
