On June 1, our dog ran away into the forest behind our house. We used trail cams, signs, food (even cooking burgers) and nothing. On Monday, after 51 days, we brought her back home. She is emaciated but otherwise well. And everyone in our small town seems to be celebrating with us.

So I realize the focus is on the ankles, but what about the aspirin? Is it primary prevention with a high risk of heart attack? Is it secondary prevention because heās had a stent or a heart attack?
Because of bleeding risks, some guidelines say that people 60 and older without known heart or blood vessel disease should not start taking a daily aspirin to prevent a first-time heart attack or stroke. But guidelines varyā¦ Other recommendations say you should not take a daily aspirin after age 70.
