Social workers working for cops is a conflict of interest. It would probably be good for SWs to be called to support the victim of domestic abuse AFTER the perp is removed from the scene. There's absolutely no reason to involve cops in mental health situations.

She registered to vote in Ohio in 2018. In Ohio, you acquire a party affiliation either by pulling a ballot in a partisan primary, or by running as a candidate in a partisan election. It scrolls off after 2 yrs. Public records only go back to 2021, but she hasn't voted in a primary since then.
