I can only speak to the research/science side of big hospitals but it seems most applications don't make it past HR to the hiring manager/person in charge. find out who that is and cold email them. it's the only way I ever got an interview. I imagine that could work for other departments too

put some old litter in there don't have it automatically cycle for the first few days (you can manually do it once or twice a day- when he's not around) put the timer on a long delay from when he goes to when it cycles you can also try some cat attract litter additive if the above doesn't work
I will never understand and it makes me so sad I am in some ways fascinated by what makes people do these things. like I need to know why. but mostly I'm just really really sad
it breaks my heart to think that people would ever assume that of me and moreso when I learn over and over again that so many people will be intentionally mean for no reason, a perceived reason, or because of assumptions they make about other people without ever even talking to them.
not so late night thoughts I need to send out into the void: I have spent a lot of my life trying to figure people out. I'm autistic. I take things literally and believe what people say to me. I would never in a million years ever be mean to anyone and I will never understand how people do that...

did they take an X-ray at urgent care and confirm a fracture? ortho typically wants to see fractures sooner rather than later in case it needs surgery. weird that you've had to wait so long for an appointment

After the show we went back to the bar and some roadies/guitar techs came to drink and gave us the other pick and pass. It was my first time seeing Black Sabbath and I had a blast, one of the best concerts I've been to
ok, here's my Black Sabbath story: my now ex and I worked at a bar across the street in Vienna where they were playing in 2005. We snuck in with a friend/B level Austrian celebrity. I made my way up front and after the show iommi threw out some picks and one landed at my feet(the one on the left)..
