Honestly, I think when it comes to creating integrity in the history YouTube space this is the attitude people should take, calling people plagiarists or instantly dismissing and antagonising people for not citing sources/correctly is only going to divide people. Every creator can do better.

I say structural issue since I believe the two party system is the biggest problem in the US. It creates so much division and limits ideas whilst allowing fringe ideas to take too much prominence. That's more of the way things have developed rather than an innate flaw in the system
Besides the US Congress being terrible, my biggest structural issue with the US political system is the executive is TOO powerful. The presidential system entirely honour bound where the president promises not to do anything out of line. We've seen the consequences of this with Trump and MAGA
I'm a (soon to be) history YouTuber and I keep up with a lot of history YouTube stuff. It's a big issue in that particular niche.. It's a fucking CRIME you can't talk and raise awareness about serious historical events or have a nuanced discussion without fear of age restriction/algorithm death.
