An interesting projects attempt (necessarily repeated) on an alternative visualization of the data: www.genevaenvironmentnetwork.org/resources/up... It would be nice to more clearly link to the biocapacity vs consumption allotment source data, but the breadcrumbs are there if you dig around.

Digging deeper: - imagine that the same bank was using Crypto as leverage to back corporate loans - Corp's get loans backed by speculative stablecoin (ref; TerraUSD collapse in 2022) - If the loan fails, or token value crashes, risk is passed to depositors — who are now bailouts to crypto investors

One example it would allow: - Banks are already issuing crypto as an investment. - Lawmakers just put a line in the GENIUS Act saying when a bank issuing crypto goes bankrupt, crypto investors get paid before regular depositors In other words, your savings account becomes crypto’s bailout fund

Line in GENIUS Act proposes speculative stablecoin holders have priority in a Bank insolvency proceeding (federal OR state level) over ALL other claimants. Making your personal savings a bailout avenue.

Republicans are jamming through the GENIUS Act which will turbocharge Donald Trump’s crypto corruption. We need an amendment vote to stop the President, Vice President, and senior government officials from directly or indirectly profiting from a stablecoin venture.

Leader Thune is blocking critical amendments that would fix the GENIUS Act – including stopping Donald Trump from lining his pockets with shady crypto deals. Democrats have the power to push for fixes to this bill. We should use it.

Californians attending peaceful protest outside of LA should expect to be met with force, given the numbers and length of deployment for military troops in this statement.

I live in LA. And while the dictatorship is telling its propaganda channel that there are looters and riots (lolololol) the protests remain peaceful except for when the cops shoot reporters.

Good time for people to go rewatch those HongKong videos and learn about effective gear.

HIGHLY recommend a construction hardhat for incidental accidents (projectiles, falling, etc) - especially if older or less stable footing. Bring a sign with doubled up cardboard or card stock... makes a better shield for LRAD. Hong Kong had a lot to teach people since the Nat Guard tech is same.
