Trump is building a fortress around our federal capitol in order to prevent We The People from preserving what is left of our democracy. Anyone doing his work is Gestapo.

My parents were of the Greatest Generation and helped to make the dream come true for more Americans. Today Trump/MAGA are fading our life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. This is the worst 4th of July I’ve had.
In my culture, if I get a flat tire and a stranger fixes it for me, the reply to my “Thank you” is “No problem.” However, when the wait staff refills my water glass at the restaurant, the reply to my “Thank you” should be “You’re welcome.” One service is a gift, the other is expected.

Many of us in the nation spent weeks preparing for the No Kings march. The morning of the march, the r-w ext. carried out his spree, and the march that day had an historic turnout. The news was ALL about the killings. Felt like the guy was paid to do the job to overshadow the march.
What can be done for these unfortunate people? Can they form a class action suit against the Trump/MAGA administration?

The People do not like having their precious, personal information grabbed by a non-civil servant. We entrust our information in the hands of vetted personnel who are held accountable to many entities to manage it for specific authorized purposes. DOGE’s operation is unacceptable, if not illegal.
Waste, fraud, and abuse. If you want to save taxpayer dollars, start with cutting Trump’s constant Mar-a-lago/golf trips and any other personal trips on the people’s dime.

My husband was in one of those less than one-third percent when a funeral home incorrectly input a deceased SS# that happened to be my husband’s. He discovered he was dead from medical staff at his cancer treatment appointment who informed him they couldn’t treat him bc he was no longer insured.
