@hollywoodtheatre.org is my theater of choice and the regulars there are always exemplary - sometimes an event will bring a lot of folks who are rarely at the movies and you can always tell. It's usually a great environment tho. I tend to luck out with well mannered crowds at my local Regal too.
And it's really not hard. Just be quiet and stay off your phone (and theater mode your smart watch!). Phone off/silent. That's pretty much it. People get it at @hollywoodtheatre.org
