This is the thing. I use the AI stuff basically not at all, but where I do use it is to help locate an answer and source for some relatively obscure point that I would need to scour pages of Google results to find (if at all).

I actually live in Hell's Kitchen and I kind of agree with this. First, Times Square is not really Hell's Kitchen. Second, anyone who lives around here tries to avoid walking through TSQ and the Port Authority area unless necessary (mainly to go to Jimmy's Corner). 1/2

Agreed. I was a full-season ticketholder in the old stadium and for the first two years of the new (upper deck). The old stadium had its problems (the death-trap ramps to name just one), but the new one is cold and heartless, and not particularly user friendly. I go, but it's not a welcoming venue.
