This is a normal situation nowadays. It is an ongoing information war that we’ve been losing for decades.
It’s all been normalized now. It’s just his business. That’s all. The fact that his businesses allow anyone in the entire world to pay him money directly for favors is beside the point (according to the GOP). $3B for crypto, $5B for Truth. It’s starting to add up to some real money.

I abhor violence in all its forms. From what I can tell Charlie was not a violent person, but he promoted extremist views that in the end created divisions which lead to violence. As such I'm glad that there is one less person that has his views in the world. I'd rather he would have changed them.

Trump is waiting for a reason to declare martial law. The peaceful demonstrations have not given him cause to do so. If they turn violent, martial law will be used to steal the elections next year. I really hope we find a way to remove him without more bloodshed. There are cracks in the GOP already.

It's past time to reorg the court. 12 year terms make a lot more sense. That way a Thomas or Kavanaugh can't defile the country while they rot away on the bench. It would help protect the court from the worst of the political arena.

Well for now we still have NPR. I've tripled my donations to my local station. As for print media go with the outliers even though they're expensive. The Atlantic, Mother Jones, and ProPublica are good ones to join. The NYT and WaPo are too far gone IMHO.
