Sometimes still being a fan of the acolyte makes me sad because those who worked on the show should be able to just love it too and not have the cancelation/hatred hang over. Obviously you want people to love what you made, but it feels weird too, like holding onto a ghost.

Parks and Recreation, the next generation, and the clone wars are all shows that didn't have great first seasons, but they improved as the series went on and I think acolyte and boba fett deserve that opportunity. (2/2)
The thing that annoyed me the most about acolyte and boba fett being canceled is that they didn't get a chance to improve. There are a lot of good shows out there that didn't have great first seasons but had significant improvements during the second season. The Office, Seinfeld,..... (1/2)

It was peak ever since 2015, and it’s still peak even now for its 10th anniversary. A wonderful movie in visuals, acting, and story, and a wonderful way to kick off the great adventures, dramatic moments, and epic story of the Star Wars sequel trilogy. The Force Awakens is FANTASTIC.
Andor is a double edged sword because now the loudest Star Wars fans will likely compare it to everything to come. And there will be dissatisfaction from those people. Also all the non sw fans who watched probably won’t watch anything else that’s not similar.
As someone in the middle for the Acolyte it’s a tricky balance: I felt the flashbacks were perfect to show everyone’s motivations, but I felt we’d need stuff more to flesh out the cast prior to the 1st flashback & the Qimir duel. Maybe more eps would’ve helped to give the padawans more development.
The Acolyte probably would have done better with more episodes. This is to flesh out the cameo scenes more especially. However, streaming services are more strict these days with the number of episodes, or they are quick to cancel a show. #TheAcolyte #DisneyStarWars #StarWarsTheAcolyte
