Obviously this was good, but the human scenes really suffered without color IMO. A lot of those scenes visually blended together. But Godzilla is sometimes arguably even better in this one, especially the night scene. Also some more caps to show more that i liked :)
one of those that I revisit every few years, so fucking good, and imo underappreciated. Sure, it is very cynical, but this country has only gotten more cynical year after year. I think this one is essential.

I cant describe how important this movie instantly became to me. It is so full of love and has had such a profound effect on me that i am not the same person i was before i watched it. This came to me at the exact right time it needed to. Thank you Anno, and goodbye Evangelion.

this also came after some irl shit has happened and, to tell the truth i had been questioning whether i really am trans or not, but this dream feels like a sign that yes, this is who i am, and transitioning is the right choice for me.
had a dream where i was able to fully transition and took a girls trip with my friend to like new york or smth, but it was awesome, i wouldve loved to stay in the dream but i was so happy afterward that i didnt mind waking up, i even felt fully rested, which is never the case for me.
man this shit was fucking crazy, such a nightmarish first half and then a strange melancholic but bittersweet journey in the second, shot amazingly and scored maybe even better. I will have to make a new post when it comes out on demand cuz omg its just so good.
