I see the Treasury are still saying we're going to spend £13.4bn more on defence by 2027. And Starmer says it will be entirely covered by cuts to the aid budget. So always ask ministers: is aid being cut by £13.4bn? Clue: the UK spent £15.3bn on aid in 2023
