I also want to say that by pointing out the situations where women are unwilling participants in coercion of other women, I am by no means trying to destract from the fact that so many women are willingly vile and monstrous towards other women and children.
Yup. Like I said, plenty of examples where women are willing participants. Then, there are women who are forced/coerced into prostitution, then forced/coerced into recruiting other women. It's a very nuanced issue and every situation is unique.
IMO anyone, male or female that surrenders their autonomy to be protected is consenting to be a victim. Don't give up your rights or your independence for safety.
I think it's important to point out that a lot of those women are forced, coerced, and/or threatened into doing so. There are plenty of examples where they are willing participants, but there are plenty instances (sex trafficking, for example) where said women are unwilling participants.
