I was next to (one of) the AI slop booths at DragonCon and all I got was this lousy t-shirt. So, as you may or may not know, there was a booth selling AI slop images printed on acrylic panels at DragonCon. They were in booth a-10. I was in a-11. Here’s what happened from my perspective.

Like, you're not going to solve the gun problem unless you also solve the problem of average American thinking they need guns to protect themselves from other people with guns. And that's the much more difficult task.
Idk man, sensible gun control is a great idea, of course, but I also think we need to give some serious consideration to "teaching people how to behave like a normal person in a society" so they don't think pulling out a weapon is an acceptable response to every little goddamn thing? Both things.

Aside from the obvious ones like living wage and maternity leave and stuff, I think cashiers at stores should be allowed to sit down if they want/need to, and the boss shouldn't be allowed to make you clean areas that aren't your own work area if that's not what you were hired to do. 😒
4 day work week, maternity leave for both parents, living wage... It's a big list but also, for us disabled folks, not being fired for calling out sick more than three times in a month...
