They are! And she is. She was a scrap of nothing at 8 weeks old. No one wanted her. Then I went to see her and saw her personality and knew she was a keeper. She can hike for a day easily, loves people and is hilarious. So glad I found her!

It catches the morning sun. As it’s north east facing. It was a tricky spot to grown things in, so I built that hut last autumn to fill the space and to have a place to read even if it’s raining 😀
I’ve really fallen for them over the last year. Their colours are amazing, they’re perennial and have lovely delicate flowers all summer. I love that give colour to the garden in winter if the leaves survive the frosts. Like you say … a joy!
