pursue an artstyle that tries to route around your condition as much as possible. I went lower detail on linework cuz my arms get to be in so much pain in sessions longer than 1-2 hours. I imagine you've already tried it but higher stabilizer levels+Vector Layer Drawing might suit you best!

the trick is gesture drawing!!! and confidence!!! draw a bunch of loose sloppy shit really faster and doing that lets you get the rough shapes and pose out so quick that you can spend less time planning+more time refining, and when ur confident you have less refining to do!!!
