Sadly, expanding grass fed beef is even worse for climate change than feedlot beef — as bad as that is. More methane emissions and a much higher land footprint, which overrides the soil carbon benefits. The answer is less beef, less waste, and a smarter food system.

Well I think the most interesting tech is healing country. Agriculture has gone to far. River catchments need to be healed. The tech we need is biodiversity. Also maybe that farm machine has peaked in size. Smaller electrified autonomous machinery seems to be the way forward.
