Ugh that sucks. I can commiserate; my cmc thumb joint basically completely collapsed on my dominant hand and I had to have LRTI surgery in which they remove a wrist bone and transfer a tendon from the forearm as a new “cushion” to hold the thumb in place. Not for the faint of heart but I’m great now

Yeah I inadvertently gave myself B6 toxicity with a lot lower dose than was thought to be the “safe level”. Don’t mess around with fat-soluble vitamins 😜
Are you sure it wasn’t B6? B12 is a water soluble vitamin and you can’t poison yourself with it (trust me, I get injections to survive).
