Work in IT for a big company. For security reasons everyone's company phone is backed up to our corporate cloud. We tell people this in their induction and send reminders. We have over 3000 images of colleagues dicks, vaginas, and other body parts. People are nasty.

It was all over British media & seems to have started during WW2, so yes, perhaps that, or Eagle, or Dan Dare, or even Wizzer & Chips or another of those delightfully barmy comic-mags that issued from Ol' Blighty back in the 70s/80s. I know I used to devour those back in the day.
