The dictionary isn't very good at definitions. It can't get into the real details that are required for the simplest words, never mind an extremely complicated concept.
But people who lump in Judaism with Christianity are saying all religions are the same.
For the record, you are using the Christian definition, which only applies to Christianity. Every religion is different and has its own definition of religion.
But the Jewish definition of religion and the Christian definition of religion are two different definitions. To not realize that is to be ignorant.
Someone said to learn about Judaism and you were offended. You said learning about Judaism is so last week.
None of these have anything to do with Christmas trees, wreaths, eater bunnies, or eggs.
I see no connection to any modern holiday in this article.
People who are utterly ignorant of Judaism don't have the right to criticize Judaism. People who treat Judaism as though it's like Christianity are utterly ignorant of Judaism. If you want to criticize something, the first step is understanding.
The idea that those are pagan was invented in the 19th century by Protestants to make Catholics look bad.
So why are you so upset at the facts about what Judaism is like as a religion? Its definitions of religion, belief, atheism, and worship are different from the definitions Christianity uses.
Sounds like you have a very specific belief about what religion is supposed to look like and are upset the evidence doesn't fit your beliefs.
