Hello. I am a hero in an action movie and I've been shot or stabbed. All I need to do to fix it is make sure the entry/exit are stitched up. I never bleed to death from internal haemorrhaging, despite the likelihood that major vessels and organs have been damaged.

20mph speed limits have shown to massively reduce injuries and deaths. So isn't it time we rolled out sharply lowered speed limits and ULEZ in all urban areas? We need to stop putting the car first, they've taken up too much infrastructure space already and keep wanting more.

Minor correction, Karl. To keep an inpatient bedspace open, you require 24/7 nursing. So, when you factor in 37.5 hours a week, study and annual leave etc, you end up needing 6-7 nurses to keep that "1 nurse to 8 patients" ratio. Your estimate is about 6 fold inflated.
