For decades, I've not worn (nor slept under) any fabrics that are not at least 99% cotton. Well, except for the very few things that you cannot buy unless they are made with nylon or something like that. But no animal products, and no plastics (unless I absolutely have to with the plastic).

Besides, do you not know that MOST of the water & land is not only used to raise the animals, but to raise the food that the animals eat (most of them are vegans)? Think about that. If we weren't wasting the water & the land on the animals we murder/their food, we would have plenty of land & water.
You don't have to eat any of those if you don't want to, but non-vegans are eating ALL of that stuff too (except for the 'processed vegan products' you mentioned, probably. But if you get those that are soy- based, there are no big problem, and not to mention the healthiest).

Bullshit. Palm oil & coconut oil are dangerous fats. Your body doesn't need them. Nobody "needs" to eat either one of these, ever. Your body makes necessary saturated fats from unsaturated fats + other micronutrients. And they can never be "sustainable" there's no such thing. Totally unnecessary.

Yeah, the nutritional yeast products are excellent specifically for that reason. But super duper hard core vegans won't eat yeast, which I think is weird because then you might as well not eat mushrooms/fungi, or even any fruits & vegetables or any plants for that matter. They're all "alive".
But everyone needs to remember that coconut oil & palm oil are extremely unhealthy, disastrous for your cholesterol levels. Not to mention, neither coconut nor palm oil are strictly "vegan" because their production causes injury & death & even near Extinction to a number of animal species.
For a very long time, I was merely vegetarian, & still my blood tests were not that great. But as soon as I switched to being vegan, my LDL/'bad'cholesterol dropped significantly & my triglycerides went from 168 (almost dangerously high) down to 80, which is a level considered more than "safe".
Not true. There are many primates/great apes who don't eat meat & are vegans. Like gorillas & bonobos, who are our nearest Cousins genetically. Our teeth are even just like theirs. Originally human gut microbiome produced nutrients that we no longer can, probably because humans started eating meat.
A study last year shows that Hunter Gatherers didn't do nearly as much hunting as originally believed, & were actually doing much more of the Gathering than the killing. The ONLY thing that modern vegans MUST "supplement" is B Vitamins, because our gut microbiome can no longer produce Bs naturally.
Usually I press the heck out of my tofu wrapped in paper towels, then over-wrapped in cotton towels, changing out the paper towels periodically as they become saturated, I press it for hours & hours & hours on end to remove as much moisture as possible, which then seems a waste some of the protein ๐ค
I have tried the freezing method... supposedly when defrosting removes more water & leaves air pockets to absorb more flavor? But I don't find it significantly different than not freezing. I also like Seitan, but I haven't the courage to try making my own, & store-bought always have weird flavors.

I read the powder ingredients very carefully: I avoid monk fruit & stevia & allulose & aspertame (they all taste like turpentine to me) so that knocks virtually all powders out of the running. I do have some OWYN, in chocolate. And unflavored/unsweetened NOW Foods, pure soy protein isolate powder.

Which plant protein powders have you tried. A good quality isolated soy protein powder, or even pea protein, mixed properly with the appropriate liquid in correct ratio, with a blender especially, are perfectly fine. They also come pre-mixed if you're into wasting packaging.
