When someone is all bad, it's not hard to be grossed out by their work. But plenty of writers and artists are not all bad, just pretty bad. For example, a ton of artists are Zionists, capitalists, or nationalist. I don't completely shut off all opposing voices: their needs to be some bad conduct.
It's a hard moral conundrum. But Scalia's writing, although admired, wasn't all that his fans crack it up to be: poor thinking makes poor legal writing, however pithy it might be. He never conveyed that his opponents' beliefs are valid, a style suited to briefs, not opinions.

Actually, it is, and has been since at least the mid 1930s, the core constituency of the democratic base. Has the history I have cited to you proves, without the left, the party consistently loses national elections. It is obvious by now that you have no proof to offer to the contrary.
