The election dispersion stats….lack of good data has long been considered a feature, not a bug, by our legislature.They make it intentionally hard to get. And I’d suspect there’s ALWAYS been crap afoot since it was like a million times easier with those old lever machines.
Without gerrymander our representation would look more like the counties with more elected democrats. County boundaries don’t change and can’t be gerrymandered. As it is, they can’t fuck much more with these maps. They moved me out of Andre’s district last time.

If this was found in the south, particularly Texas, it was probably Clarence E Nichols from Marlin, Falls County, Texas. Son of William Carter Nichols and Susan Savanah Johnson Nichols. He died 1941. About 10 people with that name, guessing birth to be 1900+\-10 yrs. He was only one from the south.
