Anime can truly be a magical form of storytelling. One of the prime examples of great adult animation. It can devastate you, wow you, disturb you, and pump you up better than a lot of other forms of media.
Really any time a friend of mine got me to watch something they absolutely loved with them. Both @cozzzmic.bsky.social with Yashahime and @jptheblissfulboi.bsky.social with Slime Tensei. I hold onto those memories fondly.

I don’t know how most people feel about the new looks cause only a few friends have said anything lol but I genuinely love how they turned out.
I can’t quite describe how happy I am with the Saturian redesigns. The mix-mash of clipart PNGs from back then worked well enough in my high school days but I felt so BLEGH about that approach for the past few years. Actually drawing these characters, actually having my own art style, it feels good.
