Retail is time and a half for hrs physically worked plus stat pay based on average hours worked over a certain time ( I forget), but service industry may be different.
My nephews gf is working today as a hostess at a restaurant..she had no clue how statutory holiday pay works. I wonder how many actually understand it and check .

People with cats. Need advice on litter. Finn no longer covers his “gifts” in the box. He now just does his business and leaves so he’s getting it stuck on his feet, between his toes, like mud, then tracks everywhere. We use clumping and tried a few types but this was never an issue.
