Today was my 5 year anniversary on lbc. In that time I have quadrupled the audience in a notoriously tricky Saturday evening slot. I’m immensely grateful to everyone who listens, calls or texts in. I always describe us as a community of people who enjoy thinking. ❤️ 👂 📻

I grew up in a fairly racist society, the late 80’s. The stuff I used to hear and on occasion say, is becoming more common place now, 30 years later. It wasn’t a nice time, I will do everything in my power to resist going back to those times!
Well you could argue he’s the comedic relief, but he’s a lot more than that.

This dog will fetch a ball if I throw it out of a first story window, she runs out, down the stairs, through the hall, lounge, dining room and out though the back door. Gets the ball and straight back up
