If you can’t tell the difference between Harris (the young potential leader of the party) and Clinton (the scandal ridden candidate with decades of Skeltons in her closet) I don’t know what to say. This is Harris’ moment to prove her metal and she opted for a book deal.
Yet she has the mental strength for a book deal? I would think an Attorney General, Senator and vice president would have the ability to handle adversity and still do good in the world.
Roughly half the country voted for her to lead. In response she went into hiding and did nothing. Glad she has a book coming out, I wonder how much of the profits will go to all those people who are losing their citizenship.
My entire job is devoted to this. I am doing more than her. When has she demanded an end to deportations? When did she use her law degree to fight executive overreach? Why hasn’t she headlined fundraisers for the disenfranchised? She wanted to be president, but now does nothing.
When? I have seen no comments from her denouncing the deportations since the election.
Consider this: the Trump administration is enacting a policy of rounding up people based on race and imprisoning them in extrajudicial detention centers. Harris has said nothing. That’s not what a leader does. That’s not what an anti-racist does.
This is the first time I have ever commented about her on a public forum. Also she was the defacto head of the Democratic Party. So yeah she has more responsibility to do more to stop this administration. Instead she’s licking her wounds.
That’s incorrect. Every Americans responsibility is to keep fighting. Sorry about her loss, that’s not an excuse to give up. That’s a loser mentality
She has as much responsibility as any American to oppose and stop this administration. She has instead tuned out. That’s unpatriotic.
Because she’s a civil servant at a critical time in this nation. She’s done nothing to oppose this administration in 8 months
So the message to Americans is “if you lose you should give up”?
Do you think that the correct response to this administration is “tuning out the news and doing nothing”?

How to write: Stop not writing. Keep your butt in the chair. Write really bad small sections of the whole—passages, moments, episodes, memories—til you have an incredibly shitty 1st draft. Then take out the boring parts, the lies and pretensions. Then write a better 2nd draft.
