Middle June same story. No sign of the new-new cheque so it was lost in the mail and the 30 day clock was reset. July 11th I called and was told (wait for it) the cheque was again lost in the mail and the 30 day clock reset. As of today, no sign of a new-new-new one.
They said I would have to wait 30 days before they sent a new cheque to make sure it didn't turn up. In late May I inquired why the new cheque hadn't arrived and they told me it was lost in the mail and I would have to wait 30 days before they could issue another one.
When nothing showed up in April we called and they said the cheque had been sen to the wrong address (despite the fact that I had given them the correct address AND it was the same address as our mailing address listed on the policy website.
