I would define "Blueskyism" as the tendency to angrily reject any suggestion by a center-left person that there is merit to any conservative-coded critiques of what Democrats or media did between 2019 and 2024. But none of this is actually inherent to Bluesky; it's just where it happens right now.

I think we can start to consider whether this is a trend of actual grand jury nullification. We will never really know given secrecy. The sandwich case was dreadfully overcharged. That said, given the rarity of no bills… these jurors are not rolling over for prosecutors in this moment.
