I think this is a part of that, but I also think that part of the college/non-college split is a self-sorting of curious people and incurious people. It's one of the reasons why LLMs, an easy answers tool for the incurious, are increasingly conservative-coded.

We should judge the effectiveness of land-use by how the land is used. If you can get 8x as many people using a space, that is an improvement. Add in that many tennis courts sit unused, while pickleball courts, at least here, are much more often used, the number gets closer to 10X or higher. Good
