Nothing. You would have to bring them to court. The animal welfare will only come out and do a welfare check alright..which does nothing for the continuous barking. It's non stop.
I've had the day from hell today. Neighbours have abandoned their dog again and the dog hasn't stopped barking for over seven hours. I have such a headache. On my third round of paracetamol atm. They will come home later shouting and roaring at each other. Kids and adults screaming the place down.

The cordyline has Fiona in front of it..I grew from a seedpod avocado. She likes it there in the shelter of the cordyline.

It's wonderful to see new plants sprouting up that you know you haven't planted. I used to feed the birds but ended up with rats! Now I just give them plenty of water. Rowans have such beautiful berries on them. Cordyline got razored to the ground one year when a wall fell on it. ⬆️ 7 feet tall now
