Also, I do kind of love this general idea but would probably tweak it for my play group. Make it 3-5 copies and make the victory condition "Spent the most mana" or "Controls the most permanents" or "Did the most damage to Ben"
First part "When this leaves your library, draw a card, then exile it instead of putting..." Change second to "If each player owns one or more Bombs in exile..." To make that work and a passive effect rather than triggered ability so nobody can respond with life gain to the 4th.
This and the Commander Damage hate seem like a real round about way for you to say "I want Lifegain to reign supreme" but you do you, boo. Also, needs to be "When this leaves your library" to deal with "put... card into your hand" formatting, mill, impulse draw, etc

IMO, it's half of the Mona Lisa with a single small but impossible to miss once you see it blemish. It should've been 2 sets or the FIC games should've had fewer cards to allow more from other games. It was hyped when it first came out, but you almost never get the treasures because it doesn't come out on curve or people hold fetches to stagger the lands, and you only get the cards at end of turn so it can't help you get interaction while someone is popping off. But it's alright for all that

Depends on the commander, but I run it in Baylen, and the correct number there is 50. Token doublers are win more and you only need 1 of your wincons. 30 Lands, 5 ramp, 5 removal, 5 protection/recursion, 4 game enders. It does the thing with surprising resiliance, but if they stop you they stop you
