Last night's treadmill movie: Love Massacre (Patrick Tam, 1981). Eerie, alienated arthouse drama breaks down into a truly vicious slasher. '80s San Francisco as empty vistas inspired by Mondrian and Rothko. Feels much like Tenebrae but preceded it by two years. Brigitte Lin the queen of all reality
Undisputed 2 and 3 are excellent. The Ninja movies (particularly Ninja II) are on par with those.
The editing trick they use with the falling lamp (seems to be rigged so they can repeat it over multiple shots) is fucking genius.
Most of the LA comedian crowd won't have to change their routines at all.
