In an era of AI video I don’t buy anything unless the video is from a credentialed source, with high journalistic integrity. I’m pretty much only using AP and Reuters. Just look at history politicians never waste a good crisis, those crises don’t need to be fake to power political change.
I’m not familiar with the exact evidence you’re talking about. I do know that planes full of fuel that crash on purpose are different than planes that have pilots doing their best to preserve life and have very little fuel. From my memory I saw debris for WT, PA, and Pentagon.
It doesn’t need to be a fake event for politicians to take advantage of a crisis.

Yes, from a physics perspective, but not with full fuel tanks. The fuel also burned in a novel way, causing higher and longer heat than anticipated. Civil engineers have since updated their guidance on the steal super structures.

Let's assume that Democrats have been trying to do that for 40-60 years. How's that going? Additionally, what works for Europe may not necessarily work for the US. I think we can do more to address the issue with IP law than we can with a head-on approach to eliminating healthcare.

The Government should start small and slowly expand the healthcare (HC) it supports. Have the government set a flat annual percentage of GDP towards HC. Start at HC that 50% or more of people will need in their lifetime, and increase that slowly to fill the budget.
We need to game theory this out, & assume we need a new plan. Insurance companies (IC), like organisms will fight to survive. We need solutions that don’t threaten their survival, but transform their role. ICs have big data on treatment success, they should be investing in solutions!
