I wonder what it’s like the be a cop who has to cooperate with ICE thugs. If I were a cop, I would cringe and be embarrassed. ICE agents can do their dirty work in disguise. But not the cop. They are known and will be subject to…who knows what? I would at least fear online vilification.
Once again, Trump leaves a meeting with Putin, thinking he got something, all he got from Putin was “had”. Sooner or later Trump will “wake up” and realize he got nothing and that he is further from getting the Nobel Peace prize than ever. The threats to Putin will recommence, but to no avail.

Laura Loomer is very good at sussing out people in the Trump administration who will not bow to Trump. One by one she is getting him to fire anyone who could tell him the truth and provide a guard rail. She helps Trump be Trump. She may be Trump’s best friend the world’s worst enemy.
They will be using whatever smarts they have to fast-track a right wing Christian-ist agenda and exact revenge on enemies. They will move fast because, fearing that many of the folks who voted for Trump will realize that they have been hoodwinked. The speed with which they act may be their downfall.
It’s unfortunate that some Senators felt they had to vote against supporting Israel. And it is understandable that many (but not all) rabbis are railing against them. But I find it perplexing that many of these rabbis express no sadness that the people of Gaza are being killed and wounded.
