Yeah, this one for me is kind of the John Bolton of university news. When I was a grad student in that program, faculty were mostly a mix of Charles-Murray-worshiping bigots, psychopaths, & sexual harassers. Nonetheless, we do need to fight the current movement of torching humanities programs. 👀 🫤

An image collection about astrology and astronomy from the 1920s was considered lost after WWII — until art historian Uwe Fleckner found it in a trash heap in 1987. The Fleckner-curated reconstruction is now on view at the Hamburg Planetarium.
