Adult devs are put into desperate & unenviable situations. Some devs' staff make a living via NSFW games. And the reality is that Chibi Reviews & Pirat Nation have major influence in getting the word out. The things Pirat Nation posts tend to hit r/Games and spread through the gaming community
If you don't like that, then start demanding the gaming press to stay on top of this issue. Otherwise, no, I'm not going to yell at a dev for reaching out to the few influencers that get the word out in a way that could protect a dev's revenue, put food on the table, make sure their kids are fed
