Just spent a week in Paris. The most enjoyable big city experience I've EVER had. Cars are given as little room as possible. Parks EVERYWHERE and bikes are treated as equal users of the road. Never felt threatened by a car ONCE. The tree canopy is so impressive. I was blown away in every way.

If you can find someone that would be great. But I’ve 2 of those same units installed for clients, and they are designed to be easily serviced. So far as I recall, there’s good maintenance instructions in the installation instructions. Any competent installer should be able to help; doable as DIY.

As I argue in my new book, decarbonization is about asset revaluation: fossil asset owners have waaaay more $$ and power than green asset owners. What people don't yet understand — what I am just coming to understand — is that Trump is not acting irrationally on climate & energy to "own the libs." Trump (and the GOP) are protecting the trillions of assets held by their fossil-fuel cronies, which would be utterly devalued if we decarbonized.
