Julia and Henry are everything. But like you I really wish we would get some more development on Brian & Ellen’s relationship. I want to be invested in it - but they haven’t given us anything to be invested in yet! Also, I am not a patient person obviously…😄

Time for Sat. confessions. Although I do love BOmB and am invested thru 3 eps, I am relieved I don’t like it more than the OG OL. I will also admit that although I love both Harriet and Hermione, neither of them hold a candle so far to my girl crush Caitríona Mary Balfe’s charisma and talent!
The problem I have with it more than even not being helpful AT ALL to Julia, is that she is Brian’s mother for God’s sake! How are we supposed to believe Brian got all this goodness and honor if neither of his parents are displaying any of that themselves??🤔

All of this! Ellen dominance right now. I do love Julia as well, but not in the same way. Ellen is such an admirable character coming from a position of strength and cunning. Julia is fierce and crazy intelligent as well - but finds herself in a situation where she cannot advocate for herself (yet).

1) Ellen is bad ass - so I’ll go with her; 2) Julia and Henry showing up in Ellen & Brian’s world; 3) Julia at Lovat’s dinner table; 4) Eventually find each other, but Julia has her baby (Claire’s sibling!!!) and he/she can’t time travel so they can’t go back for Claire; 5) Julia/Henry (for now).

My own mother’s death just over a year ago still brings me pain and longing nearly every day - especially at times like this. Easter was her favorite holiday and her birthday is in a week…😢 But…the good memories are beginning to bring me some comfort and joy vs. only sadness. It’s def a process E.
