Thank you, your work is really cool also and its nice to meet an artist with similar interests. I use a fair amount of iridescent and dichroic glass, it’s expensive but has unbelievable colors perfect for highlights Or jewelry. Loaded kiln:

Hi Artanzo, I had a thought I wanted to share, the piece you did with the boat moving across the giant eye was exceptional, if you ever feel the need for inspiration I would recommend considering doing a series along those lines because there is just so much there artistically. Thank you 😊
Very nice there used to be an excellent webcomic called “lovecraft is missing” that was like this “sadly the author died of pancreatic cancer about ten years ago .” Might be findable on one of those websites that saves old web pages.
Looks like a datinoid. Probably an awesome aquarium fish if you could keep it fed with healthy live food. ( thats how I lost mine, it caught something from the feeder fish).

Here are pictures of my glass Pueo owl mosaic before and after lightly being (tack) fused together. This makes all the tiny glass shards into one solid piece and keeps the detail better than full fusing. #glassart #stained glass #islandart

Finishing up a small owl, glass mosaic. I will tack fuse it together (the only grout is clear glass frit). It has plenty of personality and will look great as a suncatcher. Used the native pueo markings, they have cool dark lines around the eyes. #glassart #mosaic

Cast glass is melted together and much thicker than stained glass. I would keep it away from windows for fear of breaking them. I will probably use it as a plant pot decoration. The teacher was making dozens of cast pieces, joining them together with copper and turning them into pieces of wall art.
Took a casting class where you carve bullseye vermiculite board to make a mold for glass. Behold my mighty green glass doughnut. A important thing with casting colored glass is a little bit of color goes a long way #glassart #glass #Casting

Thank you, That is made of glass and was made using lost wax casting. The great French artist “Renee Lalique” pioneered many of the techniques about 100 years ago. I bet something similar could be done with resin but never tried it. Here are some favorites with fun colors.

Word. Learning how to cook is one of those skills that is underrated. Fundamentally it’s not about making fancy food. It’s about getting what you can source and turning it into good eats. It’s doable and can be affordable especially if you don’t mind eating leftovers.

I always thought the cobra masks were cool because the toys who had them could “breathe underwater” or “had gas masks”. It was kind of an unfair advantage over anyone with a boring regular face.
