I'm biased, but I hosted a show for 3 years out of my 4 years at A&M (I did Kony 2020, a politics show, and MY OWN SUMMER, my weekly variety show) and it inspired my career in journalism and my love of music. It would mean a lot if you threw them some money.
College Station has basically no good radio or public programming options. It's literally just the local NPR station (which is great) and clear channel shit. Getting KANM on air will be so good for my hometown and give students a really great educational opporitunity at A&M.

It remains to be seen. Because the bill doesn't put penalties on people, it's essentially meant to push Texas cities / localities to write their own policies and enforce them. It makes it much harder to challenge in court, and means enforcement could vary from town to town.
