How can people not see that this is history repeating itself? Soldiers in the streets. Being asked for proof of citizenship (papers). Homes raided. People seized off streets & held in camps. Where does it end? Who's next? We can't just sit back and hope for the next election.
Why does a president get to decide what is "improper ideology" and "aligns with their view" when it comes to the Smithsonian Museum? Our history shouldn't be subject to the beliefs of just one man/group. Our history, with all it's good and horrible parts, should always remain uncensored and true.
Can someone explain to me why Republicans are working to "defund" PBS and NPR when they both benefit so many people? Please don't use the word "woke" as a reason. I simply want to try to make sense of the reasoning.
Could you imagine the response if a democratic president said or did 99% of the things that have been said or done in this administration?
