I used to, now with chronic illnesses, auto immune disorders and peri menopause I can’t remember most past events or half the English language.
My last loaf was a bit dense. I had to sub most of the tapioca with white rice flour. Still better than most.

Low dose works completely differently to larger doses. I’m early days,still adjusting. It’s alleviated brain fog almost completely and dramatically improved mood. Not much help so far for pain, I think because I’m doing more due to less fatigue, so I hurt.
Have you tried low dose naltrexone? It’s so far been life changing for me.
