Oh you’re welcome. It was certainly the last place I looked. Someone suggested I file it down but it’s also scratched on the left where the tiny tight curve is and I’m sure I’d just ruin that curve!

Had some trouble...my bobbin thread was breaking, stitches being caught underneath. I did everything, nothing worked. Finally I switched from one needle plate to the other. Then I noticed all the rough edges on my standard needle plate. Needle strikes' damage! New needle plate coming! #sewing

What am I working on today? What are you working on today? 🤗 I’ve been taping together pattern pieces, not a big chore when you’re making bags … can’t imagine if it was a wedding dress! But I noticed, even if I just vacuumed and dusted, sometimes Sophie still gets everywhere! 😹

Good for you! My hem fell down on my skirt at work and we found a “hotel” sewing kit in a drawer so I was able to sew it up!
Is it under your arm? I’d sew a long patch on if I couldn’t just sew the seam up. But you have to sew it to non-worn fabric or it will just fall apart. If you can’t find the same colour or thread to put inside, make it noticeable and fun on the outside!
We used to do that with large triangles of contrasting fabric. Wild bright prints! 🤩
